Refund Policy
At MediumBear, we are committed to delivering high-quality video production services and customer satisfaction. Please review our refund policy carefully before booking our services.
1. Deposits & Booking Fees
All deposits and booking fees are non-refundable. These fees secure your project date and cover initial planning and administrative costs.
2. Cancellations
Client Cancellation:

If you cancel 14 days or more before the scheduled shoot, you may be eligible for a partial refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled shoot are non-refundable.
Company Cancellation:

If we are forced to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances and cannot reschedule, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit.
3. Project Changes or Delays
If you request changes that significantly alter the scope of work, additional charges may apply. Refunds are not issued for delays caused by the client (e.g., failure to provide content or feedback on time).
4. Post-Production & Final Delivery
Due to the creative nature of video editing, we do not offer refunds once post-production has begun. Your package includes [1–2] rounds of reasonable revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra fees. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns, but we cannot guarantee refunds for completed work.
5. Digital Products & Downloads
All digital deliveries — including final videos, raw footage, or templates — are non-refundable once delivered and downloaded.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, illness, or government restrictions). Refunds in these cases will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
